LG Electronics has launched its first Android smartphone for the Korean market through KT, joining Motorola's MOTOROI Android phone launched earlier this year through SK Telecom.

Nissan is finalizing plans to bring the Nissan NV, its first production commercial vehicle, to North America. The first production models in Nissan's NA CV lineup are the 2011 Nissan NV1500, NV2500 HD and NV3500 HD.

Swiss company, VOIP2CAR, demonstrated their technology on the Rinspeed UC? concept at Geneva. VOIP2CAR presented its own concept, which consisted of streaming voice, video and data over a GSM network.

PND manufacturer, Mio, has selected the AMY-5M GPS module from u-blox to power its high-end PND and multimedia player, the Moov V780.
